Tickets

I can't find my ticket

Please check your spam/junk emails first. If you can’t find your tickets in your email inbox you can download them directly from Fatsoma (the ticketing platform used by us) please go to: https://www.fatsoma.com and select sign in. Your tickets can be downloaded by selecting ‘My Orders’ tab from the menu once logged in.

Do I have to print my ticket?

Tickets for the event are digital and will be scanned from your mobile device at the main entrance. You are also welcome to bring along paper copies of your tickets if preferred.

What's included in a VIP ticket?

  • Indoor seating (first come first serve)
Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds on our tickets or unused drink tokens. 

Can I buy a ticket from somewhere/someone else?

Please note that only tickets purchased directly from us via Fatsoma guarantee your entry. Please be wary of scammers who duplicate/falsify tickets. If your barcode has already been scanned or does not work, you will not be permitted to enter.

Family Tickets

A group family ticket bundle is for 2 adults and 2 children arriving together. This can be also used for 1 adult and 3 under 18’s.  Please note you must arrive together to get scanned in and receive your bands. 

Does a baby need a ticket?

2 and under go free and don’t require a ticket. Anyone over that age and under 18 will require a child’s ticket

Can I buy tickets on the day?

If there are any tickets available, we will be selling them on the gate. Please note that the only way to guarantee entry is to get your ticket in advance. 

Do carers go free?

We have a number of disabled + carer tickets allocated for this event. These discounted bundles are available to buy via Fatsoma. Please note, once sold out, we will not be able to add more but you may still purchase at regular price and use facilities such as accessible toilets.

General

Can I leave and come back?

Re-entry is strictly not permitted unless in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, and subject to our security team’s discretion.

Can I bring food and drinks?

No food and drinks – apart from 1x 500ml unopened (sealed) bottle of water, will be allowed to be brought in. You are welcome to bring baby food and formula milk to the event. Please let our security know while going through the bag search.

There will be a large variety of food and drinks available to purchase on site from our local food vendors.

If you have any medical conditions or special dietry requirements, please message us on social media.

 

 

What are the Prohibited Items?
  • Liquid Containers of any kind, this includes re-usable drinks bottles
  • Glass, cans, aluminium bottles, thermoses
  • Food and refreshments or refreshment containers of any kind
  • Blankets which are to be used as a form of seating
  • Camping equipment apart from small folding chairs
  • Flammable liquids in any container
  • Shopping bags
  • Laser pens / pointers
  • Laptop computers, IPads and Go Pro’s
  • Large umbrellas & parasols
  • Knives or weapons of any kind
  • Illegal drugs or substances
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Signs, banners or flags with or without poles, staffs or selfie sticks
  • Animals (except service animals to aid persons with disabilities)
  • Air horns, whistles or other noise-making distractions
  • Projectiles (Frisbees, beach balls, footballs, basketballs)
  • Aerosol cans (hairspray, mace pepper spray)
  • Fireworks, confetti, glitter bombs or sprays
  • Glow sticks
  • Balloons
  • Use of wheeled footwear and skateboards
  • Masks (with the exclusion of face coverings for the purpose of preventing the spread of Covid-19) and helmets
  • Large studs and chains
  • Glass bottles of perfume
  • Anything else which we deem to ruin the enjoyment or viewing experience of others

Can I bring camping chairs or a blanket?

Small, foldable camping chairs are allowed in the big top. All we ask is if our security team need to clear an area in the venue and ask you to move chairs, prams, etc that you do so promptly. No chairs will be permitted near the stage or emergency exits.

Blankets are NOT permitted at this event. 
Sun loungers, blow-up chairs, parasols, mini tables, and any other camping equipment is NOT permitted. 

Can 16 year olds come on their own?

No, anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. 

Is there a refill station?

Free drinking water will be available at this event. Once you are finished with the 500ml water you were allowed to bring in, keep your bottle so you can top it up at the refill station. 

Are dogs allowed?

This event is not suitable for pets due to loud noise and crowds, therefore only guide/assistance dogs will be allowed on site. 

Can my band play at this event?

We are fully booked for acts this year but are always on the lookout for future events. Please feel free to email your details and links to videos on info@bigtribfest.co.uk with subject line “Talent booking”

Accessability

Is there disabled parking at the event?

The Big Tribute Fest is taking place in Central Park, Plymouth. There is no on-the-street blue badge parking available but there is a large car park nearby from which there is a wide tarmac path leading to the event grounds.  Please see the Plymouth City Council’s map of the grounds here, the Big Top will be within the field marked ‘Event Space’

Is it wheelchair friendly?

The Big Tribute Fest is taking place in Central Park, Plymouth. A wide and smooth tarmac path leads towards the event entrance which itself is on grass. The Big Top and food court are on a slightly raised area covered in grass-through concrete paving. If you need any assistance, please do not hesitate to speak to our stewards who’ll be happy to help.

Will there be accessible toilets?

Yes, please see the site map for the location or speak to one of our friendly stewards who’ll point you in the right direction.

Can I bring my medication?

Please note, we will only allow prescribed medication. Please leave any necessary medication in its original packaging clearly displaying your name and speak to our security staff upon entry.

Is there a viewing platform?

Yes, a raised viewing platform (accessible by a ramp) is available on a first come first serve basis.
