Tickets
Your digital tickets can be purchased from 27th September 2024. All tickets will be scanned at the main entrance and exchanged for wristbands. You are also welcome to bring along paper copies of your tickets if preferred.
Payment Methods at the Event
Our licensed bar will only accept payments in tokens which can be purchased from the on-site Token Kiosk using card OR cash. Food and soft drinks can be purchased using card or cash. We recommend bringing some cash with you in case there are any issues with the digital systems. Please note, no refunds will be given on unused drinks tokens.

Parking and Travel
Parking
The nearest car park is Milehouse Park and Ride behind the Life Centre. The car park is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. No payment is required for parking at this location. Please be advised that it’s likely to be very busy and we would strongly recommend considering alternative travel options, such as public transport.
Travel by bus
Many of City Bus services stop by Central Park and Life Centre, including 2/2A, 10, 11, 12/12A, 13, 16, 34, 43, 50, 51, 61, 70/70A. For full details and to plan your journey, click here.
Cycle
There is a Beryl Bike rack by the Life Centre as well as secure bike lockers at Milehouse Park and Ride. Please note, you will not be permitted to bring your bicycle to the event.
Travel by train
Plymouth Railway Station is approximately 18 minutes walk to the event. Several bus services depart from outside the station and there is a taxi rank right outside.
We are continually reviewing our security measures in the build-up to the Big Tribute Festival in conjunction with Devon and Cornwall police and other agencies.
We ask you to please support us and cooperate fully so our team can efficiently carry out these measures to ensure your safety whilst on site and ensure you can access the site and join us for the party as quickly as possible.
Please follow any instructions given by our Security Staff & Stewards as they are designed with your safety and security in mind. Please be respectful to all staff and stewards at all times as we are all here to ensure you have a great time and are safe whilst on site.
The main contact point for all security matters will be at the main entrance where a security control centre and First Aid point will be available.
Prohibited items
- Liquid Containers of any kind, this includes re-usable drinks bottles
- Glass, cans, aluminium bottles, thermoses
- Food and refreshments or refreshment containers of any kind
- Blankets which are to be used as a form of seating
- Camping equipment apart from small folding chairs
- Flammable liquids in any container
- Shopping bags
- Laser pens / pointers
- Laptop computers, IPads and Go Pro’s
- Large umbrellas & parasols
- Knives or weapons of any kind
- Illegal drugs or substances
- Alcoholic beverages
- Signs, banners or flags with or without poles, staffs or selfie sticks
- Animals (except service animals to aid persons with disabilities)
- Air horns, whistles or other noise-making distractions
- Projectiles (Frisbees, beach balls, footballs, basketballs)
- Aerosol cans (hairspray, mace pepper spray)
- Fireworks, confetti, glitter bombs or sprays
- Glow sticks
- Balloons
- Use of wheeled footwear and skateboards
- Masks (with the exclusion of face coverings for the purpose of preventing the spread of Covid-19) and helmets
- Large studs and chains
- Glass bottles of perfume
- Anything else which we deem to ruin the enjoyment or viewing experience of others

The Big Tribute Festival Bag Policy
We ask that you keep personal belongings to a minimum and only bring with you essential items. Please do not bring any large bags, suitcases or bags of shopping, as these will not be allowed onto the site. You are permitted to bring small bags or handbags no larger than 35cm x 40cm x 19cm, there will be no temporary storage facilities for items which do not meet these specifications on site.
We cannot be held responsible for late admission or non-admission as a result of this policy. Special consideration will made for guests with medical needs and parents caring for infants. We ask that where possible this is communicated to us ahead of your visit.
Please take note that any bags left outside the Festival boundaries unsupervised will be treated as suspicious and the local police will be contacted to dispose of them.
Admissions and ejections
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
We want everyone to feel safe and have a great time whilst with us. Any form of behaviour deemed to be undesirable will not be tolerated and offenders will be asked to leave immediately.
Getting Around
- A wide and smooth tarmac path leads from car park towards the event entrance.
- The Big Top and food court are situated on a slightly raised area with grass-through concrete paving.
- Accessible toilets are available on site.
- Please note that due to the location, some parts of the festival site may be uneven underfoot.
- If you need any assistance, please do not hesitate to speak to our stewards who’ll be happy to help.
Viewing
A raised viewing platform with ramp access is available on a first come first served basis.
Disabled Parking
- Due to the event being held in a public park, there’s no on-street blue badge parking. However, a large car park is located nearby with disabled bays available.
- A wide tarmac path from this car park leads directly to the event grounds.
- Please see the Plymouth City Council’s map of the grounds and nearby parking here, the Big Top will be within the field marked ‘Event Space’.
